Do you twitter? If so, you can add the twitter widget, and post your tweet, which will update your profile here and your twitter feed.

Click the big black plus button at the bottom of the My Home Page screen to add widgets. Click the little round X buttons next to widgets to remove them. Drag the title bar of widgets to rearrange them.
