The Corbett Studio is an audio recording and production facility located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati's arts district. The Corbett Studio specializes in the recording and production of classical, jazz and acoustic music. Utilizing some of the finest equipment available, you will find services ranging from on location surround sound recording, to forensic audio and restoration services and much more; all in a comfortable, creative environment.
Premier Clientele The Corbett Studio produces recordings for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Ballet, Linton Chamber Music Series, Vocal Arts Ensemble of Cincinnati; as well as individual artists such as Terri Templeton, Rick Sowash, Raison D'Etre and many more.
The Finest Equipment The Corbett Studio is equipped with the finest selection of microphones available, including several models by Neumann, Brüel & Kjær/DPA, Schoeps, AKG and others. High quality microphone preamplifiers from Millennia Media help capture every nuance. The Otari Series 54 console, featuring Flying Faders automation, is equipped with the highest quality circuitry. Subtle adjustments in your mix are effortless and consistent. Elaborate adjustments and mastering are made via one of the most powerful Digital Audio Workstations available—Magix's Sequoia. Effects processing from manufacturers such as Urei, Lexicon, Eventide, Waves, TC Electronic and more will enhance your performance even further.
